Gray Pearl Triple Strand

I love unusually-shaped pearls and these gray freshwater pearl earrings are beautiful! I found them in the Bogyoke Market in Yangon, Myanmar – where shoppers browse through a selection of diamonds, rubies, pearls, lacquer ware, carved wooden artwork, tribal-patterned textiles, and a million and one other items.
The necklace is made of three strands of large, gray pearls. They can either be worn twisted (as shown) or unwound. They are lovely either way, but I’m especially fond of them twisted together for a bolder, more unusual statement. It is approximately 19″ long.
