Baroque Pearl Earrings

I love unusually-shaped pearls! These giant baroque (freshwater) pearl earrings are amazing! I found these in the Bogyoke Market in Yangon, Myanmar – where shoppers browse through a selection of diamonds, rubies, pearls, lacquer ware, carved wooden artwork, tribal-patterned textiles, and a million and one other items.

The earrings measure about 2″ long by 7/8″ wide. The pearls themselves are approximately 1.25″ long by 7/8″ wide.
